Purpose

Support efficient payment processing by managing day-to-day accounts payable activities — including invoice verification, reconciliation, and financial reporting — to ensure accurate and timely transactions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related Finance courses
  • At least 1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply)
  • Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping principles

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify invoices and ensure proper documentation and approval before payments
  • Process transactions accurately and on time to prevent delays and penalties
  • Coordinate with other departments and maintain organized voucher records
  • Manage vendor accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and optimize credit terms
  • Conduct reconciliations, monitor advances and deposits, and support financial reporting

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary, Fresh graduate
