Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of facility systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and structural).
  • Support in planning, scheduling, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and suppliers for facility related works and projects.
  • Ensure al equipment and systems are operating efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in implementing workplace safety measures and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and records of facility activities.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or urgent facility issues.
  • Provide recommendations for facility improvements and energy-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.) and assist in identifying cost-saving measures.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Facility Engineer/Manager
