Job Description:

Event Execution & Activations:

-Plan and execute in-person and digital events, including corporate functions, brand activations, pop-ups, and in-store promotions.

-Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

-Handle event logistics such as venue booking, staffing, material preparation, and post-event reporting.

Product Sampling Management:

-Organize and manage product sampling campaigns to enhance consumer engagement and encourage product trials.

-Work with fulfillment teams and sampling partners to ensure timely and efficient execution.

-Track campaign performance and compile consumer feedback for optimization.

Cross-functional Marketing Support
:

-Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing calendars.

-Collaborate with content creators, digital marketing, and social media teams to support omnichannel campaigns.

-Help manage campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:

-1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, retail, or ecommerce.

-Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

-Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

-Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Willing to travel for events and field activations when needed.

-Preferably residing within Metro Manila

-
Preferably with motorcycle and valid driver's license
