Within Globe, the Channel Design Team serves as an end-to-end Marketing Communications (MarComm) that develops and executes marketing campaigns for Globe's owned channels — initially GlobeOne, Globe Stores, and the Globe and TM corporate websites.

In 2025, the team's scope expanded to include Retailers, Trade, and Territory Marketing, now covering:

  • 93 in-line stores
  • 3 microshops
  • 2 Globe Express hubs
  • Over 5,000 high-volume DSO retailers across 8 territories

To support this expanded mandate, the Channel Design Team is onboarding additional manpower through Q Media 360 to ensure speed-to-market, creative excellence, and operational efficiency across all retail and trade initiatives.

Position Summary:

The Trade Marketing Specialist (Project-Based, 1 Year) will be part of the Channel Design Team under Globe Telecom, while officially employed by Q Media 360 Advertising Corporation.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns across Globe Stores, Retail partners, and Trade channels. The position requires strong marketing and project management skills to ensure consistent, timely, and impactful retail and trade executions across territories.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Development & Execution

  2. Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for Globe Stores, Retail partners, and Trade channels.

  3. Create and regularly update playbooks for Store, Retail, and Trade marketing in alignment with business strategy, competitor insights, and industry trends.
  4. Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) and always-on campaigns that drive store and retail KPIs.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, trade, business units, and sales teams to align communication strategy and tactical merchandising executions.

2. Retail & Store Marketing:

  • Lead and develop the Perfect Store Program as a core strategy for in-line stores.
  • Adapt national campaigns for store-level implementation ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage the store communications calendar and synchronize with operations.
  • Oversee semestral and tactical changeouts nationwide to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with Creatives, NTM, RLM, CMG, and BU teams for deployment.
  • Drive performance tracking through store audits, compliance checks, and customer feedback.

3. Trade & Territory Marketing:

  • Develop merchandising and communication playbooks for retailers and distributors.
  • Adapt assets for various trade formats such as partner shops, sari-sari stores, and convenience outlets.
  • Coordinate with regional sales and distributor partners for material deployment and monitor execution consistency.
  • Lead store pilots and GTMs for new touchpoints (Mall pop-ups, Microshops, Globe Express).
  • Support the development of Territory Marketing strategies and playbooks.
  • Act as the main point of contact (SPOC) for Tier 1 trade territories.
  • Manage ATL-to-retail campaign adaptation, balancing multiple timelines and ensuring efficient rollouts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing, preferably in telecommunications, FMCG, or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications, retail merchandising, and trade execution.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organization with cross-functional teams.
