Overview:

As a Trade Account Specialist, you'll manage and strengthen relationships with Canon's trade partners, driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role blends sales strategy, account management, and customer relationship-building, playing a key part in Canon's ongoing success in the consumer electronics and IT sectors.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet targets and account goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing trade partners and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely support.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Represent Canon at trade events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and performance of the sales team.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in consumer electronics or IT.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver superior service.
  • Proficiency with sales software/tools for account tracking and performance analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
