Customer Service Representative

Valenzuela, Philippines Inspire E-Commerce Solutions Inc. Full time ₱150,000 - ₱250,000 per year

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who will support both Komento and Inspire (fulfillment clients). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, customer service, and order management, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries across various platforms (chat, email, and social media).
  • Manage customer orders and monitor fulfillment progress.
  • Track and update inventory levels to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and maintain records.
  • Support order monitoring across multiple platforms (Facebook/Meta, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Zalora, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to clients and customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience or strong familiarity with:

  • Facebook/Meta tools and Marketplace
  • Marketplace Seller Centers (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, Zalora, WooCommerce)
  • Customer management and support processes
  • Order monitoring and tracking
  • Inventory monitoring
  • CRM usage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous experience working in an e-commerce company.
  • Previous experience in a warehousing & fulfillment center (3PL).
