A call center team leader manages contact center team and administrative tasks, including customer service, and contact center operations. Ensures that sales goals are met and that customers receive good service.

Job Description:

  • Manage administrative tasks: Ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with policies
  • Manage customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions
  • Manage sales operations: Ensure that sales activities run smoothly, including processing orders, managing delivery times, and updating customer records
  • Manage team: Train sales representatives, and delegate tasks to staff
  • Manage reports: Create sales reports that show sales trends, target achievements, and customer feedback
  • Manage communication: Communicate with customers, sales team, and other departments

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills
  • With call center experience is a must
  • Good computer skills, such as proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle and work in a team
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to provide accurate solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
