We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead our construction projects in Olongapo, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You'll Do:
Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
Prepare reports on project status and deliver updates to management.
Implement best practices in construction management to optimize efficiency.

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
