We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager (Architect) to oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction and development projects. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients, ensuring quality standards, and aligning projects with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and supervise architectural and construction projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and review design plans, cost estimates, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to check on quality, progress, and adherence to plans.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve design and construction issues as they arise.
  • Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent field (Licensed Architect is an advantage but not required).
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in project management, construction, or related architectural roles.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and quality standards.
  • Willing to work full-time and stay long-term with the company.
