The primary role of the Accounting Associate is to assist the project manager by providing accounting and purchasing support. This includes managing project budgets, processing payments, and coordinating purchases to ensure smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking project expenses and managing budgets.
  • Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
  • Help with procurement by sourcing vendors and coordinating purchases.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Support the project manager with any accounting or purchasing-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
