Role Type: Full-time

Department: Supply Chain Management

Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager

As a Branch Associate, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of delivery documents and requirements. In addition to that, you will resolve logistics-related issues in coordination with the concerned departments.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring proper releasing, recording, and system updates for released and returned accountable booklets.
  • Monitoring allocation of trucks, delivery drivers, and helpers.
  • Processing of proof of delivery, sales invoice, and government permits.
  • Sustaining 7S rules in the Warehouse premises and on-time submission of reports.
  • Taking customer orders and is responsible for pulling out damaged items.
  • Handling payment reconciliation and on-time submission of sales reports.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management course.
  • Fresh graduates with any work experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective communication, planning, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional departments, and quickly adapt to the work environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to be trained.
