We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Support the preparation of tax documents and audits if needed.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Knowledgeable in any accounting software
  • Solid understanding of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
