Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing or any business-related course. (MBA degree is a definite advantage)
  • At least 6 years store and 4 years area operations management experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) industry
  • Trained on advance-level business strategy development
  • Trained on advance-level profit management and financial analysis related programs
  • Experienced coach

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership (Strategy Development, Management, and Evaluation
  • Sales (Develops strategies to achieve sales target and creates demand strategy/ies at the multi-restaurant level, reviews them and generates insights to ensure targets are reached.)
  • Business Development
  • Develops and implements strategies aimed at maximizing revenue streams and profitability across the franchise network.
  • Consolidates systemic FSC and GSC-related issues, as well as customer experience-related issues of his/her business scope;
  • Succession Planning, Champions compliance with general labor standards, Occupational Safety and Health standards, and due process requirements at the multi-area level.

  • Store Development
  • This role requires frequent travel to oversee stores in Kalibo and Metro Manila.
  • Must have held at least the position of Operations Director in Jollibee-owned brands (e.g., Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, Red Ribbon, Greenwich, etc.).
