Managing Director

Location: Manila, Philippines

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the operations of a growing social commerce agency. This role reports directly to the CEO and has a clear path for career advancement.

We are a social commerce agency in the Philippines that partners with leading global brands such as Nestle, P&G, Unilever, Coca-Cola, URC, and more. Our services include:

  • Brand live selling event outsourcing and enablement
  • E-commerce short video outsourcing and production

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations in live selling and short video production, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Manage operational P&L, focusing on revenue, cost efficiency, and profitability.
  • Expansion Strategy: Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks to support nationwide and regional growth.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team with a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Process Optimization: Establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistency and scalability.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the CEO on market opportunities and long-term business direction.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Systems Implementation: Drive adoption of systems and technology to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Extensive background in multi-store retail management, including operations, sales, and team leadership.
  • Proven P&L management experience with strong financial acumen.
  • Hands-on experience in nationwide business expansion, including SOP development and implementation.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to support clients and partners.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
