As a key member of the Senior Leadership Group within the Finance function, you will drive the accounting strategy, lead global teams, and ensure financial excellence across 25+ international entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the global accounting strategy for AP/AR, including internalization and transition from external accounting firms.
  • Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual AP/AR financial statements — including global consolidation and reporting.
  • Establish and continuously improve best-in-class accounting processes worldwide.
  • Lead key projects and improvement initiatives, including performance management and reporting.
  • Identify business growth and profitability opportunities through data-driven financial insights.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Build and advance the accounting organization structure — mentoring leaders, optimizing resources, and supporting global hiring.

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in group accounting (industry and/or audit background).
  • Proven track record of leading leaders and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong command of IFRS accounting standards.
  • Experience in ERP/data migration projects and process automation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and persuasive leadership style — with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
