GameZone specializes in PvP card games, offering a fair and engaging gaming experience. We are looking for an Offline Marketing Event Specialist to plan and execute promotional events and manage resources effectively.

Job Summary

This role involves planning and executing offline promotional events, recruiting and managing Brand Ambassadors (BAs) for event execution, and tracking data performance to continuously optimize strategies and ensure events achieve their intended goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution

- Plan creative offline marketing events and develop detailed execution plans.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth event operations and maximize user engagement.

  • Brand Ambassador (BA) Recruitment and Management

- Recruit BAs required for offline events, provide training, and guide their work.

- Manage the BA team to ensure efficient execution of event plans.

  • Data Tracking and Strategy Optimization

- Monitor event performance data and analyze user behavior and conversion rates.

- Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve event effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Educational Background

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Work Experience

- At least 2 years of experience in event planning or execution; experience managing BA teams is a plus.

- Familiarity with offline event processes and on-site management capabilities.

  • Skills and Competencies

- Strong event planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to adjust strategies based on performance insights.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively integrate internal and external resources.

  • Language Proficiency

- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with local languages and cultures is an advantage.
