Job Summary:

The Community Specialist is responsible for building, engaging, and nurturing Sip2Glow's

online and offline communities to strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy. This role actively

interacts with customers, followers, and brand advocates, ensuring that our community

feels heard, valued, and connected to the brand. The Community Specialist also works

closely with the marketing team to execute community engagement activities, manage

social interactions, and gather feedback that helps shape brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement

● Develop and execute community engagement plans across social media platforms,

online groups, and brand channels.

● Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional

manner, maintaining brand voice and tone.

● Facilitate discussions, host live sessions, and create interactive activities to keep the

community active and engaged.

Brand Advocacy & Relationship Building

● Identify, build, and maintain relationships with loyal customers, influencers, and

brand advocates.

● Encourage and manage user-generated content, testimonials, and customer stories.

● Organize and support community events (both online and offline) that strengthen

brand connection.

Content Collaboration

● Work closely with the content and creative teams to produce posts, stories, and

community-related content that resonates with the audience.

● Share community insights and trends to inspire content ideas and marketing

Campaigns.

Monitoring & Reporting

● Track and analyze community engagement metrics, sentiment, and feedback.

● Prepare regular reports highlighting growth, engagement, and areas for

improvement.

● Escalate community concerns, trends, or issues to relevant teams for resolution.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media engagement, or

related roles, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands.

Skills & Competencies

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Customer-focused with a genuine passion for connecting with people.

● Creative and resourceful in finding ways to engage audiences.

● Comfortable using social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics dashboards.

● Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a

fast-paced environment.
