About the role

As a Logistics Supervisor at LRI Chroma Asia, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective management of our warehousing, storage, and distribution operations. This full-time position is based in General Trias City, Cavite, and will involve leading a team to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products through our supply chain.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the warehouse and logistics team to meet operational targets and customer requirements
  • Optimizing warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and space utilisation
  • Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demands, and implementing appropriate stock management strategies
  • Liaising with transporters, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Identifying and addressing operational issues, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement
  • Providing training and development opportunities for the logistics team to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong operational and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain optimisation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Proficiency in using logistics and warehouse management software
  • Knowledgeable with routes in South and North Luzon areas
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
