Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Driver Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the daily operations of our driver network. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact by assisting with driver onboarding, scheduling, performance monitoring, and resolving operational challenges. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our drivers operate efficiently and provide excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities:

Driver Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process of new drivers, including document verification, orientation sessions, and training logistics.

Driver Support: Serve as a point of contact for drivers, answering queries, addressing issues, and providing necessary support to ensure smooth operations.

Issue Resolution: Help address operational issues that arise, such as delays, driver disputes, or equipment malfunctions, and escalate unresolved issues to the Manager as needed.

Driver Engagement: Assist with driver incentive programs and communications to maintain driver engagement and motivation.

Compliance Support: Ensure drivers comply with safety protocols, operational guidelines, and local regulations, escalating any non-compliance issues.

Reporting: Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on driver performance, operational metrics, and incidents.

Administrative Support: Help maintain and update driver records, schedules, and other related operational documentation.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as customer support, logistics, and fleet management to resolve any inter-departmental challenges.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Any bachelor's degree

Experience:

1+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or logistics, preferably in the food delivery or transportation sector.

Experience in scheduling, coordinating, or managing drivers is a plus.

High potential fresh graduates, looking to kickstart their career in operations management are also welcome.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge:

Basic understanding of driver safety standards and local transportation regulations.

Familiarity with driver apps or fleet management software is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

Positive attitude, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational needs.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred:

Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment (e.g., delivery, logistics, or transportation).

Exposure to performance tracking or reporting
