Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages
  • Provide friendly and engaging customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Collaborate with the team on events, creative projects, and new ideas
  • Ensure the café reflects Hakid Manila's artistic and community-driven atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Experience in a café or hospitality setting is a plus (but not required)
  • Passionate about specialty coffee and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Punctual, responsible, and professional
  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable engaging with guests
  • Bonus: interest in art, design, or creative culture
