Job Description:

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about our menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, stocking supplies, and sanitizing work areas.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous barista experience preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Passion for coffee and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
