Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Securing excellent food and beverage preparations with the set standards of the company
  • Ensuring the orders are complete and accurate
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, answering questions about drink options and ingredients
  • Provide excellent and respectful customer service at all times
  • Give equal respect and professionalism to fellow peers and superiors
  • Presenting him/herself in a neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Keeping all equipment and machines, preparation, kitchen, and the coffee bar clean and hygienic always
  • Render cashiering and table cleaning services and duties when required
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and other reports as required by the superior
  • Always conduct safety and security measures such as unplugging equipment and locking up the premises before leaving.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned by superior

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • General knowledge with everything you need to know about coffee
