We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that drive business innovation.

As a Senior System Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers—to translate business needs into technical specifications. Your responsibilities will include system architecture planning, hands-on coding, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-level software systems.
  • Lead code reviews and enforce development best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and deliverables.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or equivalent.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), APIs, and DevOps tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php80, Php130,000.00 per month
