We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior System Analyst to join our IT team and lead the evaluation, design, and enhancement of business systems and processes. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring systems are aligned with strategic goals and operational efficiency.

As a Senior System Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend system improvements. You will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications, supporting system implementations, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to deliver system enhancements.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Develop documentation including business cases, process flows, and user guides.
  • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes.
  • Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system analysis or business analysis roles.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, business process modeling, and enterprise systems.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100, Php140,000.00 per month
