About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CSR Back Office professional to join our dynamic team at Zirconia Inc' in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and filing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the enhancement of customer service
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
