About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join Philtrust Bank as a Staff at our Quezon Avenue Branch in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and supporting the daily operations of the branch.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and assisting customers with their banking needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Conducting financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers and account inquiries
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer accounts and transactions
  • Supporting the branch manager and other team members in the day-to-day operations of the branch
  • Adhering to the bank's policies, procedures and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional client experiences
  • Previous experience in a retail banking or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using various banking software and computer applications
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the branch
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
