Manager for Sales Quezon City Branch

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES:

  • Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices for branch and perform various training sessions and coordinate with Sales associates and other staff.
  • Execute all strategic business plans and monitor all branch sales process and maintain product knowledge.
  • Identify appropriate sales staff and establish an efficient work procedure and prepare required work plan to achieve sales goals
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans. Review together with sales associates the list of all prospective customers for sales leads. Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Manage all marketing plans and programs in coordination with Marketing Department and provide training to all Sales personnel to ensure effective customer service.
  • Review work of all salesperson on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team. Perform appraisals for all branch employees and provide training and counseling as per requirement.
  • Coordinate with Category Product Managers to analyze product movement and market trends, analyze progress of all activities and prepare all required reports to ensure achievement of all sales objectives.
  • Coordinates with Finance team to ensure that all Sales associates are adhering to collection policies and other control measures..

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
  • With background in construction, tile, or retail industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to sell products and services and with customer-oriented mindset.
  • Exhibits leadership skills and the ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to sell products and services with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to motivate and coach a team into achieving set goals while adhering to company processes and policies.
  • Must be willing to comply with pre-employment requirements.
  • Can start ASAP.
