Job Description

Be part of our team as an Invoicing Associate, ensuring all daily invoicing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with established billing practices. Under the supervision of your immediate leader, you will manage assigned tasks, uphold invoicing standards, and support smooth, audit-ready financial operations within a global outsourcing environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1 year of invoicing experience
• Open to fresh graduates with a BS Accountancy or related degree
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
• Average written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure with a diplomatic yet firm approach
• Proficient data entry and processing skills
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize a demanding workload
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig and/or Mandaluyong City

Your Daily Tasks

Invoicing

• Monitor new clients through the New Hire Announcement Report from the Onboarding Team
• Monitor Client Services Agreements
• Update new clients in E3i and NetSuite
• Update Remit-To details
• Update newly hired staff in E3i and NetSuite
• Generate initial invoices for new clients
• Update reports for new clients
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
• Develop payment management processes and adhere to invoicing policies
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Finance Team for smooth information flow
• Facilitate a positive team environment and influence operations teams toward achieving common goals
• Initiate strategies to ensure individual and team tasks and targets are met
• Participate in other accounting and financial duties as assigned
• Perform other duties delegated by the Immediate Supervisor, AM, FM, or CFO

Stakeholder Management

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
• Foster a collaborative team environment aligned with shared goals
• Initiate strategies to help teams meet operational and financial objectives
• Participate in additional accounting and financial responsibilities as directed

Other Responsibilities

• Perform administrative or non-administrative tasks assigned by company representatives through written or verbal instruction
