Job Role: Lead Generation Specialist
Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the Sydney/Melbourne business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Role Overview: The Lead Generation Specialist plays a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality prospects across multiple projects at different stages of business development. This is a collaborative role working closely with internal teams and business leads to research and build targeted lead databases, ensure CRM accuracy, and develop outreach strategies that fuel client engagement and business growth.
The position operates in phases, starting with active support for two initiatives and expanding to others over time, contributing to the long-term goal of driving new opportunities and partnerships for the Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify and segment potential leads across various sectors, including corporate, education, fundraising, and infrastructure.
- Build and maintain comprehensive lead databases with enriched details such as company size, industry, location, and relevant contact information.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies through email, digital channels, and professional networking platforms to initiate contact with prospective clients or partners.
- Coordinate with appointment setters and business leads to ensure lead quality, effective follow-up, and conversion to scheduled meetings.
- Manage and update CRM systems to maintain transparency, data accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
- Support the creation and distribution of digital sales or promotional collateral (product sheets, case studies, social impact materials).
- Prepare weekly activity reports and contribute to monthly performance reviews focused on lead quality, conversion metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members across multiple entities to align strategies and maintain consistent communication with business leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or sales development (B2B or nonprofit sectors preferred).
- Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM tools and other digital lead management systems.
- Proficiency in online research, data enrichment, and lead qualification techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-phase, multi-brand environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines independently.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
