We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist with a strong background in healthcare education, particularly nursing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing client relationships and projects, with a deep understanding of the nursing industry. A PMP certification is required, demonstrating expertise in project management and client success execution.

This role bridges the gap between clients, project teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless educational experience and high client satisfaction within the healthcare and nursing education sector.

Key Responsibilities:Client Success Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in healthcare and nursing education.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction, alignment with project goals, and timely support.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and service enhancement.
  • Ensure client issues are addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage client-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as educators, content developers, and technology partners—to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, manage risks, and oversee timelines and deliverables.
  • Prepare project reports and updates for management and clients.

Industry Engagement

  • Leverage professional networks within nursing or allied healthcare to build strategic partnerships and support business development.
  • Stay informed about trends and advancements in nursing education and healthcare training.
  • Represent the company in professional and academic forums when required.

Technology & Data Management

  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and CRM platforms effectively for client tracking and project updates.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Champion technology-driven solutions to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in client success, project management, or healthcare education, with strong preference for nursing education experience.
  • Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) and CRM tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Established network in nursing or allied healthcare is a strong advantage.
