About the role

We're looking for a proactive and driven Store Supervisor to join the talented team at RTC Marketing Corporation' in our Manila City Metro Manila location. As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our retail store. What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Overseeing inventory management, stock control, and merchandising
  • Handling cash management, banking, and other financial responsibilities
  • Monitoring store performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Assisting with staff scheduling and ensuring appropriate coverage during peak periods
  • Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Providing feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management, cash handling, and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with retail operations, including visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
