About the Role

The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role requires creativity, leadership, and strong analytical skills to drive brand growth in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and advertising)
  • Manage online presence and digital strategies to enhance engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams for branding and promotional activities
  • Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights
  • Partner with sales to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience
  • Monitor market trends and integrate best practices into strategies

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience (retail/furniture industry is a plus)
  • Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and promotions
  • Skilled in photo & video editing for marketing content
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Must hold a valid Professional Driver's License
