Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Store Supervisor at Pepper Lunch Uptown BGC, Gateway, or Trinoma. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining efficient service. Tasks include supervising staff, providing training, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that the store meets all health and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication.
