Job Summary

The Customer Relations Officer will manage customer interactions, handle complaints, provide information, and foster positive relationships in our automotive business. This role involves active listening, efficient problem resolution, and proactive communication to ensure customer happiness and retention.

Job Roles

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive customer relationships.
  • Provide accurate information regarding automotive products/services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer service, customer relations, or client-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry (dealership, service center, parts, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
