Position: Virtual Housekeeping Coordinator

Remote | Philippine-based applicants preferred

Key Responsibilities:


• Create and manage cleaning schedules for on-site staff using scheduling software like Google Calendar.


• Dispatch daily assignments to the cleaning crew based on workload and customer priority.


• Handle and communicate last-minute schedule changes, reassignments, or cancellations to both staff and clients.


• Ensure the timely completion of all jobs and track staff clock-ins and clock-outs.


• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.


• Confirm and reschedule cleaning appointments and send reminders to clients.


• Promptly address and resolve customer complaints related to cleaning services.


• Reschedules cleaning activities as necessary based on operational needs.


• Coordinates requests between Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Maintenance teams.


• Manages and schedules last-minute cleaning requests efficiently.


• Follows up on various service and maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.


• Monitor stock levels for cleaning supplies and equipment.


• Order new inventory and track deliveries to ensure sufficient supplies for cleaning teams.


• Liaise with vendors and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or a virtual assistant role, preferably within the cleaning or hospitality industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities with great attention to detail.

Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Avantio System) and standard office suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

A reliable internet connection, backup power source, and a professional workspace.

  • Position: Full-time

  • Work Schedule: 3 PM – 12 MN
