Overview

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner to create engaging, brand-aligned social media content
  • Manage and maintain a consistent presence across multiple social media platforms and portals
  • Actively engage with audiences, followers, and potential clients to build a thriving online community
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential clients and users
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies based on performance metrics and business goals
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms
  • Conduct market analysis and identify target audiences for maximum campaign effectiveness
  • Build meaningful relationships with the online community to foster long-term customer loyalty
  • Generate comprehensive reports and actionable insights on social media performance and ROI
Requirements
  • Extensive proven experience in social media marketing and strategic content creation
  • Demonstrated expertise in paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies and community building techniques
  • Knowledge of market segmentation, target audience identification, and customer journey mapping
  • Excellent English communication skills for professional client interaction and compelling content creation
  • Proficiency with multiple social media platforms and their native advertising tools
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with business leadership
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on campaign performance and business impact
