Job Description
You'll own the complete social media marketing strategy for an exciting health tech startup, driving growth through creative content and strategic paid advertising. This role offers the rare opportunity to build a brand from day one, with complete creative freedom and direct access to products for authentic content creation. You'll work closely with passionate founders who value innovation and fresh perspectives in their marketing approach.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms
  • Develop engaging content including product photography and unboxing videos using provided samples
  • Maintain consistent posting schedules and community engagement across social media channels
  • Perform website updates and maintenance on WIX platform
  • Design advertising creative content optimized for various digital marketing campaigns
  • Implement social media strategies that drive e-commerce conversions and brand awareness
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
  • Collaborate directly with founders on marketing strategy and brand development
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Strong content creation skills, including mobile photography and video editing
  • Experience with social media management and community engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketing and conversion optimization
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Bonus if you have experience with WIX or similar website platforms
  • It helps if you have a creative eye for product photography and brand aesthetics
