The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute PK Holdings' social media strategy across all brands and business units, including The Apartments at El Nido, El Nido Speedboats, and Public Parking. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through effective content creation, community management, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns for each business unit.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and multimedia teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Oversee content production (photos, videos, captions, and stories) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Ensure content reflects each brand's tone, personality, and target market.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers, photographers, and videographers for creative output.

3. Community Engagement

  • Manage all social media pages and respond promptly to messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Build strong relationships with followers, customers, and brand advocates.
  • Handle online feedback and reputation management professionally.

4. Advertising & Performance

  • Set up and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube, Google Ads).
  • Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Prepare monthly reports and insights with recommendations for improvement.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to align campaigns with ongoing promotions.
  • Coordinate with partner agencies, influencers, and local tourism partners when necessary.
  • Ensure all content and ads comply with brand guidelines and corporate policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php32, Php35,000.00 per month
