Kennemer Group is a diversified enterprise in sustainable agriculture, microfinance, and ecosystem restoration. We work to create thriving communities in climate-positive landscapes, with business units spanning Kennemer Foods, Agronomika Finance, Keneco and BaiAni Foundation.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and lead Kennemer Group's social media presence across all business units. This role will be responsible for ensuring that content is structured, informative, aligned with our brand voice, amd designed to engage key audiences. The role also involves planning and executing targeted campaigns (e.g. New branch openings, cacao harvest highlights, conservation awareness) and driving an analytics-based approcah to planning, monitoring and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with multi-brand or multi-unit organizations
  • proven track record in planning and executing digital campaigns
  • strong skills in content creation
  • proficiency in analytics tools
  • ability to balance creative strorytelling with data-driven decision making
  • excellent communication and organization skills
  • passion for sustainability, community development, or agriculture is an advantage
