We are looking for UI Designers

In a typical project, your responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to or developing UI style guides that define typography, iconography, color palettes, grids, and key design elements.
  • Delivering finalized components, whether by refining current assets or introducing new ones, ensuring each is clearly labeled, organized, and visually consistent.
  • Collaborating on the ideation and development of digital product concepts.
  • Producing design studies that investigate particular directions, utilizing photography and illustration as needed.
  • Supporting the development team throughout the design quality assurance process.
  • Enhancing and building upon existing design resources.
  • Creating graphic materials for Frost's clients and projects, including web and app interfaces, branding collateral, print designs, logos, icons, and illustrations.
  • Engaging in planning sessions, regular check-ins, and other team coordination efforts.
  • Assisting senior colleagues with client communications.
  • Helping prepare pitch decks and presentation materials.

As a UI designer, you are expected to:

  • Design user interfaces, screens, and their states.
  • Create detailed, reusable UI components.
  • Develop grid systems that function seamlessly across responsive websites and mobile applications.
  • Build design systems able to incorporate a variety of styles, including typography, color schemes, components, and layouts.

  • At least one year of professional experience in product or visual design
  • A strong, relevant design portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Our team uses a wide range of tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Maya for 3D work, but primarily relies on Figma for design. We're also committed to building custom tools, such as Figma plugins and other design automation solutions.
