We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Ifelse PH. In this role, you will take ownership of designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a senior member of the team, you will not only deliver high-quality design solutions but also provide strategic insights, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure world-class product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of advanced UI mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking to guide design strategy.
  • Translate user needs and business objectives into innovative, interactive, and visually compelling designs.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce scalable design systems, style guides, and UI kits for brand and product consistency.
  • Partner closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
  • Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of design excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design frameworks.
  • Strong background in wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable designs.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate design decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring or guiding junior designers.

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
