Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to design and shape the user experience of our upcoming CRM program. This role is not focused on AI; instead, it requires deep expertise in Figma and a proven track record in designing functional online applications, not just visual art or static assets. The ideal candidate will understand how to balance user-centered design with business requirements to deliver a clean, intuitive, and scalable CRM product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
  • Develop responsive layouts that ensure seamless usability across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
  • Conduct user research, testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve designs.
  • Ensure design consistency by creating and maintaining style guides, design systems, and UI libraries.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs.
  • Focus on practical, functional design that supports CRM workflows such as contact management, sales pipeline, reporting, and task management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio of web applications (not just websites or art).
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, design systems).
  • Experience in designing online programs or SaaS products, ideally with dashboards or CRM-like features.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and responsive design.
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in B2B or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, React) to ease collaboration with developers.
  • Experience in conducting user testing and data-driven design iterations.
