Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.
  • Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system and style guide.
  • Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing results.

Qualifications

  • Years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and/or mobile platforms.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and creating user personas.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with motion design or animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
