Position: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and maintain loan applications and supporting documents (e.g., IDs, income statements, credit checks).
  • Ensure all client documents are properly filed—both physical and digital—and adhere to data privacy policies.
  • Perform regular checks to verify document completeness and accuracy.
  • Track document flow between departments (e.g., credit, legal, collections).
  • Maintain version control and ensure updated templates are in use.
  • Support audit and compliance teams by preparing requested documentation.
  • Help digitize physical records and maintain the internal document management system.
  • Protect sensitive client data and follow strict confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (no specific degree required).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with basic office tools and software (Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, etc.) is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple documents and tasks in an organized way.
  • A keen eye for accuracy in document filing and retrieval.
  • With pleasing personality, adaptable, and a team player.
  • Preferably from Bacolod City.
