About the role

This is a full-time Sales Assistant role at Zirconia Inc', located in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and delivering exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales materials
  2. Assisting with the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals
  3. Handling customer inquiries and providing information on products and services
  4. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer data
  5. Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  2. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create and present professional-looking sales materials
  4. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service
  5. Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the Sales industry
  6. Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools is an advantage
