Job Summary:

Handle administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are acquired, updated, and properly monitored.
  • Oversee the provision and functionality of all utilities required for daily operations.
  • Ensure that all facilities are fully functional, efficient, and well-organized at all times.
  • Implement and monitor waste management systems across all company facilities.
  • Maintain a productive, efficient, and well-organized work environment and operation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable using office management software (e.g., ERP systems, document management systems).
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, database management, and electronic filing systems.
  • Possible assignment at project sites depending on business or project needs.
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven construction environment that requires flexibility and strong time management.
