Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to support Madimack's global marketing team. This role will help drive product launches, trade campaigns, and digital initiatives by coordinating timelines, managing assets and ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns and product launches across Australia, USA, and Canada markets
  • Manage timelines, deliverables and communications between product, creative, digital, and sales teams
  • Support trade events, expos and webinars, ensuring collateral and logistics are delivered on time
  • Proofread and quality-check marketing assets to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management review
  • Support content creation and coordination (copy drafts, image sourcing, product specs, etc.)

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 2– 4 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaigns or project management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic design/content editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar)
  • Comfortable preparing reports and analyzing campaign performance

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience coordinating trade shows, expos or virtual training events
  • Background in B2B and B2C marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
