What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and monitor the execution of multiple technology projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and subject matter experts, to facilitate seamless project workflows
  • Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and task management to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and status updates
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalating concerns to relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Assist with the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and tools

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a project coordination or project management role, preferably in the information and communication technology industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
