We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our luxury retail brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and visual teams to elevate brand presence, drive traffic, and support sales goals across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, in-store, social, and events).
  • Support seasonal campaign planning and product launches, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing calendars, ensuring deadlines are met for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., visual merchandising, PR, buying, e-commerce) and external agencies or vendors.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics; provide insights and suggestions for optimization.
  • Assist with influencer marketing initiatives and partnerships with stylists, media outlets, and luxury publications.
  • Help manage content creation for social media, email marketing, and digital platforms, ensuring luxury tone and aesthetic are maintained.
  • Coordinate logistics and execution of VIP customer events, in-store activations, and private client experiences.
  • Maintain up-to-date competitive and market trend analyses to inform strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding, customer behavior, and high-end market positioning.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, email platforms, or CMS tools is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a passion for aesthetics and luxury storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to attend events, store openings, or campaign shoots as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
