Schedule: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
The Lead Generation / Sale Representative will play a key role in supporting outbound sales efforts for identifying and engaging prospective customers across Southern California. This role focuses on prospect research, outbound outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings for the clients internal team.
What Youll Do:

Build and maintain a list of prospective retail, foodservice, and institutional buyers

Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn

Follow pre-approved scripts and messaging templates provided by the Client

Schedule meetings or introductory calls for internal team

Log outreach activity, feedback, and follow-ups in shared tracking tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets)

Participate in weekly syncs to review performance and adjust strategies based on feedback
What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation is preferred

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Highly organized and proactive in managing outreach activities and follow-ups

Comfortable working in a performance-driven, metrics-oriented environment
